Letters from Grace is a creative correspondence and handmade goods business owned and operated by April LaJune. We provide subscription-based mailed letters, journals, handmade goods, and related products inspired by faith, storytelling, beauty, and encouragement.

Subscription Policy

Subscription products are billed according to the selected plan at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Due to the custom and mailed nature of the products, payments already processed are generally non-refundable once production or mailing has begun.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Subscription customers may manage or cancel future renewals through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us before the next billing date.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed in the order received.

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, seasonal volume, and postal carrier delays. Letters from Grace is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Because many products are handmade, custom-prepared, subscription-based, or mailed correspondence items, returns are generally not accepted.

If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

We respect your privacy.

Customer information submitted through this website, including contact forms, purchases, and subscriptions, is used solely for communication, order fulfillment, and customer support purposes.
